The Mobbing asbl is proud to be one of the signatories of the Charte de la Diversité Lëtzebuerg!

The " Charte de Diversité " is an initiative launched by IMS Luxembourg to form a network of companies committed to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility in Luxembourg. The charter aims to promote diversity by creating a more inclusive workplace culture within organisations.

The charter encourages organisations to implement policies and practices that promote diversity within the Luxembourgish corporate community. By signing, companies demonstrate their commitment to creating an inclusive environment that values and respects individuals from different backgrounds, regardless of their gender, age, disability, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.

It also encourages companies to raise awareness and provide training on topics related to diversity, including ensuring equal opportunities in recruitment and career advancement, promoting work-life balance, and preventing discrimination and harassment.
